Shape polished advertising content at The Kitchen in Toronto, combining editorial craft, motion graphics, and technical post-production expertise. This Senior Editor supports The Kitchen’s in-house post-production capability across food, beverage, and food-adjacent work. You will collaborate with Producers, Creatives, Account teams, and brand stakeholders from assembly through delivery. The position spans social, digital, broadcast, branded content, and integrated advertising campaigns within hybrid Toronto workflows. Key Responsibilities:
Manage edits, versions, aspect ratios, formats, and deliverables Adapt work for broadcast, social, digital, and platform specifications Perform light colour correction and grading when appropriate Search stock music and advise on creative music direction Maintain organized project files, media, assets, and archives Requirements:
Seven or more years in agency, production, or post-production environments Extensive experience with professional NLE systems Working knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite Experience with food, beverage, or food-adjacent advertising Experience with DaVinci Resolve or Baselight is an asset Apply your post-production judgment, Adobe expertise, and versioning knowledge across The Kitchen’s modern advertising work.
