Banff Centre is seeking an energetic Lead Hand Steward to supervise the Stewarding team in the absence of the Stewarding Manager. You will oversee the cleaning of all dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans, and ensure the dish room remains orderly.
Reporting to the Stewarding Assistant Manager/Stewarding Manager, you will follow a weekly cleaning schedule, load and unload dishwashers, and manage equipment readiness for daily use and special events.
