The Banff Child Care Centre (BCCC) is seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Full-Time Child Care Worker to join our team!
We are a welcoming, play-based early learning centre dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children feel valued, supported, and encouraged to explore, learn, and grow. As part of our team, you will work collaboratively with experienced early childhood educators to support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care and active supervision of children.
- Support and participate in engaging, play-based learning experiences.
- Assist with daily routines, transitions, and classroom programming.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with educators to support the needs of all children.
- Follow Alberta Child Care Licensing regulations and centre policies.
