Responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, chopping vegetables, slicing meats and prepare dough, house-made sauces, dressings and portioning ingredients into individual bags.
Safely lifting heavy boxes like cheese , fries and store them in the fridge/ freezer correctly using the FIFO method. Clean and sanitize the place before and after the work is completed.
