Within your team, your essential role will be:
- supervising the work of the technical staff under his/her responsibility and ensuring the distribution of tasks;
- continuously improve customer service;
- ensuring the proper operational functioning of the laboratory;
- perform, in collaboration with the management team, various management tasks such as hiring, performance appraisals or team schedules;
- to see to the training of the people under your responsibility.
To hold this position, you must:
- have experience as a pharmacy technical assistant.
