You will partner with Founders, VPs, and Product Directors while creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. The role combines strategic influence, hands-on design, and mentorship for two to three designers. Key Responsibilities:

Eight-plus years of product design experience Leadership experience in early-stage, high-growth startups Expert Figma fluency and modern design-tool proficiency Executive communication and organizational influence Portfolio showing advanced UX, UI, and prototyping Bring strategic leadership, hands-on product design, and Figma expertise to Neo’s growing design organization across Canada.
