As a Department Supervisor, you will work under management while guiding associates toward strong performance and development. You will partner with Store Management, Operations teams, external partners, and the Operations Assistant Manager. The position supports merchandise flow, staffing, safety, asset protection, and customer service standards across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize aisles and overheads to ensure store readiness
- Manage inventory, minor resets, and cross merchandising
- Coordinate associate duties with the Operations Assistant Manager
- Unload, inspect, receive, and pack down merchandise
- Manage performance through feedback, recognition, and development
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including overnight shifts
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent decision making and problem solving abilities
- One to two years supervising or leading teams
