As an Overnight Freight Team Supervisor, you guide associates under Department Supervisor management. You help organize aisles and overheads, manage inventory, and support customer project solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure store readiness, aisle organization, and overhead organization
- Manage inventory, minor resets, and cross merchandising
- Coordinate associate duties with the Operations Assistant Manager
- Unload, inspect, and pack down merchandise as needed
- Communicate safety and asset protection standards
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including overnight shifts
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- One to two years supervising or leading teams
