Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Learning Strategies initiatives and improvement plans
- Facilitate staff training on support strategies and inclusion
- Collaborate on individualized support planning with stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with educational standards and quality
- Develop effective resources for educators across centres
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education
- 3-5 years in leadership or educator training roles
- Expertise in supporting children's diverse needs
- Membership in the College of Early Childhood Educators
- Ability to travel to various CFEL locations
