The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the store.
You will coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized service to achieve sales and customer service targets. You will also manage cash handling, start and end of day reconciliation, and opening/closing the store on a rota.
