The Dufresne Group seeks an experienced General Manager, Distribution Centre Operations for its GTA Distribution Centre. You will lead Distribution, Transportation, and Repair teams while coordinating inbound, warehousing, outbound, final-mile transportation, and repair activities. The role requires senior operational leadership, budget accountability, and continuous improvement experience. Key Responsibilities:
Lead site performance across distribution, transportation, and repair Set priorities, review results, resolve issues, and follow commitments Coordinate end-to-end work across multiple operational functions Coach site leaders and hold them accountable Manage labour, resources, operating plans, and budgets Requirements:
At least eight years of progressive operational leadership experience At least five years leading senior, large-scale operations Demonstrated unionized environment and collective agreement experience Experience managing labour budgets and operational performance Valid driver’s licence and satisfactory criminal record check Bring distribution leadership, unionized operations expertise, and performance discipline to The Dufresne Group’s Mississauga facility.
