What Moves You
- You’re driven by results you can measure and you’re never satisfied with a campaign that’s running when you know it could be performing better.
- You think in full funnels, not isolated tactics.
You understand how paid search, social, email, SEO, and landing pages work together to build a pipeline, and you manage them as a connected system rather than a collection of individual channels.
- You’re as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are in a campaign dashboard and use data to make recommendations and tell the story of what’s working and what isn’t in a way that stakeholders can act on.
- You’re a natural collaborator who understands that great digital marketing doesn’t happen in isolation.
You work closely with internal teams, manage vendor relationships with discipline, and keep everyone aligned around a shared calendar and a shared goal.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search, display, social media, email, and other digital channels, driving brand awareness, website traffic, and a sustained pipeline of quality leads across the organization’s brands.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, turning data into clear insights, identifying opportunities, and making continuous optimization decisions that improve results and demonstrate measurable return on investment.
- Oversee third-party digital marketing vendor relationships, advertising platform contracts, and service provider performance reviews, ensuring every external partner is delivering value and held accountable to agreed standards.
- Support website performance and SEO, manage email marketing campaigns including segmentation and automation, and coordinate the accuracy of online vehicle inventory across company websites and third-party listing platforms.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to build and maintain a coordinated digital marketing calendar that supports seasonal campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives, while ensuring all digital activity stays on budget, on brand, and in compliance with applicable privacy and advertising requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, backed by a post-secondary degree or diploma in Digital Marketing or a related field with a demonstrated track record of running campaigns that delivered measurable results across multiple channels.
- Proven ability to manage paid search, display, social media, and email campaigns end to end, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, creative coordination, A/B testing, and ongoing performance optimization.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, strong working knowledge of SEO principles and social media platforms, and the analytical skills to translate performance data into practical decisions and clear reporting for stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, competing priorities, and vendor relationships simultaneously with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach that makes you an effective partner across departments.
- Experience managing marketing budgets with discipline and accountability, automotive industry experience is a meaningful asset that will set you apart.
