The Restaurant General Manager directs the Food + Beverage department while partnering with the Hotel General Manager, Executive Chef, and restaurant teams. You will develop menus, manage FOH and BOH operations, and strengthen guest experiences. The position requires expertise in reservations, point of sale, events, staffing, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead service excellence, training, accountability, and staff feedback
- Manage FOH and BOH Food + Beverage operations
