Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple crews and equipment in arboricultural care
- Manage district safety metrics and support safe operations
- Plan, sequence, and execute assigned crew work
- Mentor, train, and oversee team development
- Operate cranes up to eight tons
Requirements:
- Three to five years of arborist experience
- Three or more years supervising or leading
- Certificate in crane operation up to eight tons
- Valid provincial driver's license required
- Strong tree, knot, and shrub identification skills
