Lead arboricultural crews onsite in Nisku with Davey Tree Expert Co. of Canada, using tree care expertise and safety leadership. Serve clients throughout the week.
As Crew Leader, you will direct teams across various job sites while ensuring work is completed correctly, on time, and safely. You will mentor newer team members as a subject matter expert, helping them understand arboriculture. You will also manage client expectations as their main point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead crews delivering safe, efficient arboricultural care
- Direct crew members, equipment, work planning, and execution
- Maintain, prepare, and operate tools and equipment
- Perform tree pruning and removal services
- Provide inspections and manage customer service expectations
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of arborist experience
- ISA certification or arboriculture program enrollment
- Valid provincial driver's license
- Ability to safely direct canopy ascents
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
