Davey Tree Expert Co. of Canada, Limited is seeking a Foreperson to lead teams across weekly job sites. This full-time, year-round position combines crew supervision, customer service, tree pruning, and removals. You will mentor newer members while maintaining Davey and industry safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead crews delivering safe, efficient arboricultural care
- Direct crew members, equipment, assignments, and daily tasks
- Supervise tool and equipment maintenance, preparation, and operation
- Perform tree pruning and removal services skillfully
- Manage customer service expectations and client communication
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of arborist experience
- ISA certification, arboriculture enrollment, or equivalent
- Valid provincial driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Strong tree, knot, and shrub identification skills
