As a Paver Operator, you will report to the Foreman and Supervisor on-site. With at least 5 years of experience, you will operate the spreader and work alongside other crew members on various projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area. This seasonal role offers full-time work from April to December and may lead to snow removal jobs during the winter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the spreader as part of the paving team
- Collaborate with other crew members for project success
- Work flexible shifts across multiple site locations
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and service
- Follow safety protocols in all tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of prior paving experience
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights
- Flexibility to operate at different sites in Toronto
- Union position with Local 793
