As Area Director of Sales and Marketing, you will direct sales and catering activities across three independent boutique properties. Lead teams, develop market-aligned strategies, and build relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners. Guide revenue generation, guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and catering teams toward revenue goals
- Develop sales strategies aligned with market trends

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in multi-property hotels
- Four to five years in senior sales and catering
- Excellent financial acumen
- Experience with forecasting, revenue management, and budgeting
- Ability to travel between Edmonton properties
