As Director, Corporate Partnerships, you will secure new partners and grow revenue across Allied Music Centre, Roy Thomson Hall, and organizational programs. You will lead complex sales cycles, from prospecting and proposals through negotiation, contracting, and close. The role also requires strong relationship management, forecasting, and cross-departmental leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver annual sponsorship revenue through acquisition, renewals, expansion, and agreements Execute sponsorship sales strategy with the Director, Advancement Group Convert qualified pipelines through outreach, proposals, negotiation, and close Develop partnership proposals connecting brands with music and community programs Manage high-value partners, inventory, forecasts, and organizational commitments Requirements:
Seven-plus years in partnerships, sponsorship, business development, marketing, or related fields Demonstrated success acquiring corporate partners and achieving significant revenue targets Experience managing complex opportunities through complete sales cycles Strong forecasting, analytical judgment, CRM, communication, and negotiation skills Self-directed, organized approach with cross-functional leadership experience Apply corporate partnership strategy, pipeline discipline, and commercial judgment across Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall.
