The Third Party Market Conduct and Operations Specialist supports CLIC's Individual Insurance and Wealth Management department. You will apply the Market Conduct and Compliance Framework while completing operational onboarding and commission processing tasks. The role suits professionals with experience in Life Insurance Sales Support, Business Analysis, Audit, or Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess Advisor suitability using established contracting standards
- Monitor Advisors and MGA/AGAs for market conduct
- Perform scheduled Advisor and MGA/AGA audits
- Prepare monitoring and audit summary notes and reports
- Process commission files and analyze related data
Requirements:
- Two to four years of relevant professional experience
- Education in Business Administration, Accounting, Risk Management, Compliance, or Audit
- Knowledge of analytical methods and financial industry regulations
- Understanding of Life Insurance products and procedures
- Ability to analyze multiple data streams and communicate clearly
