This temporary full-time Senior Manager oversees real estate, land acquisition, and land management functions. The position maintains a 15 to 20-year outlook, develops property portfolios, and advises senior leadership and Council. It also strengthens frameworks for acquisition, disposition, leasing, conveyancing, and rights-of-way. Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in real estate or related discipline Significant experience in acquisition, development, and property management AACI or R.I. (B.C.) designation Knowledge of legislation, appraisal, valuation, and property law Valid British Columbia driver's license Apply strategic leadership, negotiation, valuation, and land management expertise to advance Maple Ridge's corporate objectives.
