The Transformation Office Process Design team aims to improve quality and efficiency across Citco Fund Services (CFS) through a combination of process re-design and process deep dives to help transform our organizations processes. We conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses on business operations to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions through workshops, analysis and technology expertise. Our team, a subgroup of the Transformation Office, is tasked with project and workshop execution, challenging processes and identifying global change, and reporting to Transformation Office and Business executive teams. In addition to leading the execution of key strategic initiatives, we are commonly expected to facilitate conversation, conduct analyses, and produce succinct reporting to senior management.
Your Role: The Transformation Office is seeking an experienced Sr. Process Analyst to support Process Design team in driving operational efficiency initiatives. You will lead data gathering and complex analysis; create detailed process documentation and recommendations; manage project documentation and status updates; and contribute to the implementation of process improvements. This role offers an opportunity to apply analytical expertise while working with experienced professionals in a global organization.

- Ability to evaluate organizational structures, decision-making models, and ownership frameworks to support transformation initiatives.
- Ability to assess and document current and target operating models, including roles, responsibilities, governance, and service delivery structures.

Technical Knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Optix, Figma, etc.)
- Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities
- Proficient with SharePoint and collaborative tools
- Strong proficiency with AI and intelligent automation technologies, including regular use of AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, problem-solving, and business outcomes.
Experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in process analysis or improvement
- Proven track record in data analysis and insights generation
- Demonstrated ability to capture, synthesize, and distribute clear, accurate meeting minutes and action items
- Strong background in creating executive-level presentations and documentation
- Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, or requirements-gathering discussions.
- Experience supporting or leading cross-functional transformation initiatives involving multiple business units and stakeholder groups.
Qualifications About You:
