Key Responsibilities:
- Engage employers through networking and outreach initiatives
- Build relationships with employers to generate job placements
- Coordinate and host hiring events to connect job seekers with employers
- Track job placement outcomes and provide participant support
- Keep accurate records of engagement and placements
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience in job development or outreach
- Ability to negotiate placement agreements with employers
- Familiarity with government employment programs is preferred
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
