Lead software development and product delivery for CaRMS from anywhere in Canada. Guide technology, people, and match-cycle priorities remotely. As Manager, Product Development, you will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning software development, product ownership, business analysis, and project delivery. You will align products, technology, and delivery practices with CaRMS’ strategic objectives and match-cycle requirements. This full-time, permanent role includes occasional travel and overtime during critical deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
Lead multidisciplinary product development operations, priorities, and delivery Coach team members and manage performance, recruitment, and development Improve Agile delivery, user stories, releases, and development processes Guide solution design, coding, reviews, and technical troubleshooting Develop roadmaps and translate business needs into product priorities Requirements:
Computer Science degree or equivalent education and work experience Five years of hands-on software development experience Two years leading or managing developers and technical specialists Experience with Python, Laravel, Java, and WebLogic applications Experience with product ownership, requirements, and roadmapping Apply software development, Agile delivery, and people leadership expertise to CaRMS products serving critical match-cycle requirements.
