Lead complex IT delivery with project management and stakeholder leadership skills across Canada Life’s Corporate Technology Portfolio in a hybrid model. Drive initiatives toward timely, budget-conscious outcomes with business partners, vendors, and stakeholders. As a senior professional, you will manage software implementations, integrations, data migration, and complex technical landscapes. The work combines project management, business relationship management, and change management across London, Winnipeg, or Toronto. You will report to the Delivery Manager and work within internal IT application and project delivery frameworks. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver projects end to end within internal IT frameworks Manage resources, financials, schedules, and delivery variances Develop project plans, RAID logs, and cutover plans Coordinate vendors, stakeholders, meetings, and project documentation Monitor risks, controls, budgets, scope changes, and assessments Requirements:
Minimum five years managing software implementation projects Minimum five years managing integrations, migration, or technical landscapes Minimum five years managing and coaching project teams Strong stakeholder leadership, presentation, and facilitation skills Excellent communication translating technical subjects for executives Bring senior IT project management, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, and change leadership to Canada Life’s Corporate Technology Portfolio.
