The Byng Group is a leading interior renovation general contractor with more than 50 years' experience and a team of over 500, specializing in high rise rental properties. We are looking for Licensed Plumbers to perform rough and finished plumbing work, plumbing repairs and maintenance in high-rise residential apartment buildings throughout London and the surrounding areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in apartment buildings.
- Complete required documentation (i.e. electronic timesheets, invoices, plumbing check-ups, etc.) for services performed.
- Ability to follow detailed established procedures and methods to perform job duties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be licensed and experienced, minimum 3-5 years in multi-residential, commercial, or industrial properties (i.e. Branch Lines, Rough ins, valve replacement, bathtub replacement, drain mods, etc.).
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Mechanical aptitude, able to operate all necessary tools and equipment.
- Must have own tools.
- Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driver's Abstract.
