- Execute the WOW Operating Way plan consistently
- Greet customers positively in person and by phone
- Confirm rentals, reservations, towing requests, and customer appointments
- Communicate updates with customers and insurance claims personnel
- Reconcile repair orders and monitor store accounts receivable
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of similar customer service experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Google platform and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Valid driver's license and strong attention to detail
