With enthusiasm for our brand, you will support the Store Management team in delivering retail excellence, driving strong sales results, and creating engaging customer experiences.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Handle customer questions and concerns efficiently and effectively, sharing feedback with Store Management team as needed.
- Problem solve effectively and proactively using available resources and guidance from Store Management team.
- Creatively support visual merchandising, inventory management, store cleanliness, and other store operations as needed.
- Communicate effectively and act as a flexible and responsible role model to your team.
- Develop customer loyalty by leveraging knowledge of our products, the beauty market, and trends in the beauty industry.
- Shape a customer-focused store experience by coaching Customer Consultants to drive customer engagement through storytelling, product demonstration, and bringing our brand to life.
- Support training and onboarding of new Customer Consultants.
Experience and Skills:
- Experience in a customer-facing role and a genuine passion for the retail beauty industry.
- Ability to communicate and listen effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide appropriate solutions to customer needs.
- A positive mindset with the willingness to continuously develop yourself and your teammates.
- Ability to proactively manage time, multi-task, while working independently with minimal direction.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
- Ability to lift and move products up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent reaching, bending, crouching as required.
