Manage ProLease data and lease reconciliations as a full-time contract Lease Administration Coordinator in Bolton, Ontario. Support field-based property administration with office visits as needed.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Leasing, this 12-month contract role supports The Beer Store and Brewers Distributors Ltd. You will administer lease information, process rent rolls, reconcile Common Area Maintenance and realty tax statements, and maintain property budgets. The position also coordinates lease documents, renewal dates, invoices, forecasts, and reporting across leased locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Abstract new and renewal leases in ProLease
- Monitor critical lease dates across TBS and BDL locations
- Process rent rolls and lease commencement documentation
- Reconcile rent, CAM, realty tax, and landlord invoices
- Manage budgets, forecasts, reporting, and CAM auditing support
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration
- At least five years in real estate or retail leasing
- Experience preparing budgets and administering properties
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of commercial real estate tax and CAM calculations
