Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Managers with customer inquiries and order processing

- Prepare quotes using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Address customer inquiries via phone and email promptly
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for effective issue resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Electric Motors and Controls is desirable
