Primavera P6 planning expertise supports Thales projects in Ottawa, Victoria, or Halifax through a hybrid schedule and integrated delivery. This Planner/Scheduler works within the PMO on Thales’ AJISS Program, covering Arctic Offshore Patrol Ships and Joint Support Ships. The position develops predictable schedules across engineering, project, and functional stakeholders. Strong planning, communication, and analytical skills are central to the work. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules in Primavera P6 Translate engineering scope into WBS, activities, logic, and milestones Facilitate planning workshops with project stakeholders Establish baselines and support formal change control Analyze critical paths, risks, progress, and schedule variance Requirements:
Minimum four years’ experience in planning roles Undergraduate qualifications in Business, Engineering, or Project Management Competent Primavera P6 user with planning best-practice knowledge Communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Eligibility for Canadian security and controlled-goods authorization Apply integrated scheduling, forecasting, and stakeholder communication expertise to Thales’ AJISS planning work across Canada.
