Lead PMO governance and program performance for Thales in Ottawa through a hybrid schedule supporting in-service programs and customer delivery. As PMO Manager Lead, you will report to the Head of PMO and guide governance, planning, risk, communications, and reporting. You will work with Program Managers, customers, executive leadership, engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. The role strengthens consistency, compliance, visibility, resource planning, and continuous improvement across Thales programs. Key Responsibilities:
Lead governance, methodologies, standards, frameworks, tools, and business rhythm Monitor performance, risks, deliverables, resources, and program priorities Support PMO capability development, training, mentoring, and task allocation Facilitate communications, relational contracting, and lessons learned Drive automation, standardization, analytics, and process improvement Requirements:
Degree or diploma in business management, administration, or relevant field Project management certification, such as IPMA or PMP At least 10 years supporting or managing complex projects PMO experience in growing defence or aerospace programs Eligibility for Controlled Goods and NATO Secret clearance Apply PMO governance, planning, risk, and stakeholder leadership expertise to Thales in-service support programs.
