You will coordinate daily yard activity, support productivity, and maintain safe operations. The position includes trailer shunting, inventory tracking, safety meetings, customer communication, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise tarp and shunt crews during daily yard operations
- Operate shunt tractors between staging areas and load bays
- Track inventory levels, materials, and equipment accurately
- Conduct safety meetings and support customer safety initiatives
- Train, mentor, and support team members
Requirements:
- Three to five years in yard, logistics, or industrial operations
- Valid Class 1 Driver's License for trailer shunting
- Direct experience pulling super B trailers
- Availability for night shifts beginning at 4:00 p.m.
- Reliable transportation to Carseland, Alberta
