L'analyste financier – comptes recevables et ventes suit les paiements, résout les écarts et enregistre diverses transactions.
Vous validerez les activités intersociétés, calculerez les coûts des ventes et préparerez les écritures comptables.
Vous contribuerez également aux rapports financiers, aux contrôles SOX et à l'amélioration des processus.
Responsabilités clés
- Gérer les comptes recevables et la boîte de courriel partagée
- Enregistrer les ventes et effectuer les activités de facturation
- Valider les transactions intersociétés, Workshare et Build Plans
- Réconcilier les comptes clients, revenus et comptes intersociétés
- Préparer les écritures et rapports financiers périodiques
Exigences
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe
- Titre CPA ou en voie d'obtention, un atout
- Un à trois ans d'expérience pertinente en comptabilité
- Connaissance de SAP et de Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, oralement et par écrit
