Own CADD minting, redemption, and reconciliation with Tetra Digital Group in hybrid Toronto or Calgary. Apply payments expertise and operational controls. As Operations Manager, you will oversee regulated stablecoin operations for Tetra Trust and CADD. The work spans reserves, client onboarding, banking partners, vendors, incident response, reporting, and meaningful operational metrics. You will report to the Director of Operations, CADD and partner with compliance, finance, legal, engineering, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and run end-to-end CADD minting and redemption workflows
- Reconcile on-chain supply, reserve balances, and internal ledgers daily
- Onboard exchanges, fintechs, payment companies, and corporate clients
- Manage reserve banks, attestation firms, analytics providers, and vendors
- Lead controls, incident response, reporting automation, and operational metrics
Requirements:
- Five-plus years in payments, treasury, banking, or fintech operations
- Fluency with wires, EFT, Lynx, settlement timing, and cut-offs
- Experience owning reconciliations across multiple systems
- Practical KYC, KYB, AML, monitoring, and escalation experience
- Advanced spreadsheets plus SQL, scripting, or workflow automation
- Bring controlled payments operations, reconciliation expertise, and automation skills to protect every CADD reserve and redemption.
