Test Double is seeking an exceptional Principal Product Consultant to help solve our clients' most complex product challenges while expanding our capabilities in areas like artificial intelligence, commercialization, and organizational scaling. As a Principal Product Consultant, you'll embed with client teams as both a strategic advisor and hands-on product leader, helping organizations improve how they build and grow products while leaving every engagement better than you found it.
Your mission as a Principal Product Consultant:
- Partner with clients as a strategic advisor.
- Operate as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels - from product teams to executives.
- Shape compelling solutions across multiple engagements of all sizes.
- Support revenue growth through authentic relationships.
- Drive strategic transformation on our most challenging engagements.
- Develop the next generation of empathetic collaborators.
What you bring to Test Double:
- Strong product fundamentals with the ability to operate across levels.
- Experience leading and coaching.
- Proven ability to scale product systems and practices.
- Experience operating in and building product leadership functions.
- Ownership of product commercialization.
- AI Product and Workflow Fluency.

What we offer:
- Compensation: Starting offers: $170,000USD - $190,000USD.
- Benefits: 100% remote.
- Time off: 5 weeks flexible time off (vacation and sick time) + 10 Paid Holidays, 2-week sabbatical after 5 years.
