We are not looking for someone who fills in briefs. We are looking for someone who builds them from scratch, spots what no one else sees in the data, and turns that into creative that actually converts.

What you will actually do
- Develop angles and creative concepts for paid social (Meta and TikTok)
- Write hooks, scripts and briefs that give creatives exactly what they need
- Own the creative strategy of multiple DTC brands simultaneously
- Analyze ad performance and turn data into your next breakthrough idea
- Work directly with clients to align directions and present concepts
- Push editors and designers to execute at the highest level
Your profile
- Fluent in both English and French, required. You write copy, read briefs and present concepts seamlessly in both languages
- 3+ years in paid social creative for DTC brands, agency or in-house
- You write copy, scripts and briefs with confidence
- You read a Meta dashboard and immediately know what to do next
- You have coordinated or led a creative team
- Obsessed with details. Respectful of deadlines. Autonomous.
- Familiarity with the Quebec market and Quebec French (a big plus for our local clients)
- Background in video production, content creation or creative editing
- Experience managing creative across multilingual markets
