Shape early-career hiring for Tenstorrent’s AI hardware and software teams through university recruiting, funnel strategy, and candidate relationships. This hybrid role is based in Santa Clara, Austin, or Toronto. As an Early Talent Recruiter, you will own a site’s university and early-career recruiting strategy. You will build school partnerships, manage intern, co-op, and new-grad hiring, and use funnel data to guide decisions. The work spans outreach, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define school lists, campus calendars, partnerships, and recruiting events
- Run intern, co-op, and new-grad funnels end to end
- Partner with engineering managers to define candidate profiles
- Build direct new-grad recruiting where needed
- Track funnel health and improve recruiting processes
Requirements:
- Experience owning a full campus recruiting cycle
- Strong university partnerships, sourcing, screening, and offer management skills
- Ability to influence hiring managers and maintain hiring standards
- Ability to connect recruiting data with practical decisions
- Clear, respectful communication with students and candidates
- Bring campus strategy, funnel analysis, and early-career recruiting expertise to Tenstorrent’s growing AI compute organization.
