The two-year Global Trainee Program combines on-the-job training, project assignments, training activities, international travel, and networking. You will develop understanding of tubular products, services, systems, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Observe core processes through training, assignments, and activities
- Collaborate on critical project execution
- Analyze information and prepare reports and process deliverables
- Develop and manage key performance indicators
- Maintain contact across company areas and hierarchical levels
Requirements:
- Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or Engineering degree
- Graduated within the last four years
- No more than four years of related experience
- Strong analytical and Excel skills for reporting
- Power BI, SAP, and intermediate-to-advanced MS Office knowledge
