Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to critical incident service requests
- Conduct individual and group crisis interventions
- Perform assessments of workplace situations
- Adapt support to fit workplace culture
- Collaborate with supervisors and stakeholders when necessary
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
- Active professional membership or accreditation
- Minimum five years of clinical experience preferred
- Completion of CISM training or equivalent preferred
- Must have Professional Liability Insurance
