Lead Lightspeed System Development architecture with expertise in cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, observability, and operational software solutions. This SysOps Software Architect supports the ESCP-P program within Lightspeed System Development. You will define software and solution architecture spanning operational workflows, service management, monitoring, reporting, administration, and support. The position also guides interfaces with BSS, user terminals, cybersecurity, Network Operations, Satellite Operations, and Systems Engineering. Key Responsibilities:
Reuse Lightspeed capabilities where appropriate Define enhancements across SysOps platforms and operational systems Specify monitoring, diagnostics, and support requirements Coordinate architecture across engineering and operations teams Support integration, testing, and operational readiness Requirements:
Large-scale distributed operational systems architecture experience Experience with containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD Experience defining highly available production architectures Ability to translate operational requirements into implementable designs Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills Bring cloud-native architecture and cross-team technical leadership to Lightspeed’s ESCP-P operational software development.
