Lead advanced imaging launches at Teledyne FLIR using integrated planning, risk management, and cross-functional project leadership. This hybrid role includes four onsite days and one remote. As Project Manager, New Product Introduction, you will manage complex product development and NPI projects through commercialization and production launch. You will connect Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations while guiding PLM processes and gate criteria. Key Responsibilities:
Lead product development and NPI projects through production launch Build plans covering scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and dependencies Coordinate teams and resolve resource or execution constraints Identify risks and drive mitigation, ownership, and escalation Coordinate design transfer, qualification, and manufacturing readiness Requirements:
Five-plus years managing engineering, hardware, or manufacturing projects Strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills Experience with PLM, industrialization, commercialization, and product development Familiarity with engineering change and configuration management Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline Apply project leadership, PLM expertise, and risk management skills to advanced imaging product launches at Teledyne FLIR.
