Job Description
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Communications, Journalism, UX Design or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4-7 years of professional experience as a Content Designer or in a UX-adjacent field.
- Content management systems proficiency - experience with Contentful preferred but not required.
- Technical web literacy preferred - comfortable reading and interpreting HTML to diagnose and resolve basic content and formatting issues on web pages, in partnership with technical teams.
- Familiarity with accessibility requirements and related content best practices.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to distill technical information for a non-technical audience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail - able to catch inconsistencies with page implementation.
- Experience with cross functional workshop planning and participation.
