Coordinate building infrastructure projects at Tekna using project planning and stakeholder communication skills. Support maintenance, compliance, and operational performance across facilities. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Building Project Manager connects operational needs with maintenance teams and technical stakeholders. You will define requirements, budgets, timelines, and work plans while coordinating projects from planning through completion. The work covers infrastructure maintenance, renovation, improvement, and replacement. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate infrastructure maintenance and improvement projects Monitor project costs, schedules, budgets, and work quality Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams Oversee mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural systems Communicate project progress with managers and stakeholders Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Building or Mechanical Engineering Equivalent relevant experience may be considered Experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of AutoCAD, WHMIS, and manufacturing practices Bilingual French and English communication skills Apply building project leadership, infrastructure coordination, and bilingual communication skills to support Tekna’s facilities and stakeholders.
