Tâches et responsabilités:
- Suivre les documents internes afin d’identifier les tests à effectuer sur les pièces;
- Effectuer les essais non destructifs (FPI, MPI, Nital Etch ou Rollscan) selon les requis client;
- Analyser les résultats des essais non destructifs;
- Rédiger les rapports d’inspection complets et détaillés et y apposer son étampe personnelle;
- Faire l’entretien des pièces et de l’équipement utilisés lors des essais journaliers.
Caractéristiques recherchées:
- Avoir une formation MPI et FPI est requise;
- Avoir la certification NDT niveau 2 et la certification NAS 410 (un atout);
- Être en mesure de faire de la lecture de plan;
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et responsable.
