This Nurse Practitioner role supports patients across Newfoundland and Labrador and at least one additional province. You will deliver longitudinal primary care, chronic disease support, follow-up care, and coordinated services. The work serves Family Practice, Community Health, women's health, and preventative care.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Hold an NP license in Newfoundland and Labrador
- Hold an additional license in Alberta, Ontario, British Columbia, or Quebec
- Bring a minimum of three years' licensed NP experience
- Have all-ages primary care experience
- Use virtual platforms and EMRs comfortably
