Your main responsibilities include processing HRIS transactions, coordinating employee reimbursements, and assisting with onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures
- Coordinate invoice payments and reimbursements
- Support employee health and benefits claims
- Organize new hire employee documentation
- Assist with employee events and engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Enrolled in Human Resources or Business Administration program
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS
- Previous HR or customer service experience is beneficial
