Lead enterprise reliability improvement from Teck’s Vancouver hybrid office, using maintenance availability analysis and reliability strategies across operating sites. This regular full-time position targets measurable asset performance gains. Reporting to the Manager, Asset Management, the Senior Lead, Reliability works across Maintenance, Reliability, Planning, Operations, and Engineering teams. You will analyze equipment health, work management, failure, delay, and operating data. The role focuses on critical fixed and mobile assets, sustained availability, and lifecycle performance improvements. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze planned and unplanned maintenance-related availability losses Develop reliability strategies using RCM, FMEA, and condition monitoring Lead root cause investigations for recurring equipment failures Assess preventive and predictive maintenance program outcomes Coach site reliability, maintenance, planning, and leadership teams Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related experience Typically 10+ years in maintenance, reliability, or engineering Experience improving equipment reliability in operating environments Knowledge of RCA, bad-actor elimination, and defect elimination Proficiency with CMMS or EAM systems and reliability KPIs Apply reliability engineering, availability analysis, and maintenance strategy expertise to strengthen Teck’s critical assets across operating sites.
