Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with customer service to resolve inquiries
- Maintain order resolution metrics of 24-36 hours
- Draft and fulfill "No Charge" orders company-wide
- Assist with training and performance tracking
- Take corrective action for quality improvement
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Proficient in typing, Microsoft Office, and AX
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Experience with HJ preferred
