Ce poste s'adresse à une personne motivée, autonome et curieuse, souhaitant développer son expertise en santé et sécurité. Vous collaborerez avec la production, les ressources humaines et les opérations sur différents projets SST. Vous contribuerez aussi aux comités, audits, inspections et formations.
Responsabilités clés:
- Contribuer à l'organisation et au suivi des comités SST
- Assister la gestion des dossiers SST et CNESST
- Effectuer des audits et inspections internes accompagnés
- Préparer et animer des formations SST
- Suivre les équipements de protection individuelle
Exigences:
- Diplôme universitaire en SST, relations industrielles ou ressources humaines
- Entre zéro et trois années d'expérience en SST
- Professionnalisme, rigueur et attitude collaborative
- Autonomie, initiative et curiosité
- Bonnes capacités d'analyse et résolution de problèmes
